Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer payment plans
Absolutely! This is done through either Klarna or Clearpay and their respective terms.
Do you offer student discount?
Yes! Student prices are below my standard prices under the Packages & Pricing tab.
What should I prepare?
When you're booked in I'll send you A LOT of information on how to best prepare.
What's the edting and processing time frame?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 1 working day of your session. There is no limit on how long you take to choose your edits. It takes me up to 2 weeks to get your final retouched images back to you. There is an option to have your edits fast tracked for a fee (info in the next section).
can I buy extra edits or unedited shots?
Certainly! Here's the pricing of session extras:
Additional edits are £40 per image.
Fast-tracked edits are £20 per image.
A colour graded shot is £20 per image.
The entire unedited gallery is £150 (included for free in the 2 hour session).
What sort of things can you edit out?
I can genuinely edit anything and everything that needs editing but I have limits in terms of what I am comfortable editing. My shots are often describe as being very "natural" and "real" and this is largely because of my editing style.
Any non-permanent imperfections I will of course edit out, including things like spots, stray hairs, flaky skin, eye-bag reduction & skin discolouration. I can also neaten collar lines if they're slightly off-centre etc.
But I will NOT adjust your hairline, eye colour or face shape. Folks sometimes ask for this out of insecurity, but we can't just lie to casting directors, everything should be rooted in truth.
Also, lips with make-up on are disgustingly hard to edit, so please, if you're wearing lipstick or lip liner then make sure it is IMMACULATE.
What are your cancellation/reschedule policies?
There's a few terms you must agree to before you pay the deposit, which I will send out to you when we decide on a date & time slot.
what is the difference between an edit and a colour-grade?
A colour grade is a professionally colour balanced photograph. Exposure, shadows, highlights, contrast etc will be adjusted and my meticulously crafted filter will be applied to the shot to make you and your complexion pop. I colour grade every single shot in your portfolio before I send you your online gallery. So every shot you see on your gallery has already been colour graded by yours truly.
An edit includes all the same stuff as a colour grade a long with an edit of your skin and clothing. Things that are often edited include:
- Under eye-bag reduction
- Eye brightening/redness removal
- Spot removal
- Discolouration correction
- Cracked/dry lip reduction
- Hair neatening
- Clothing crease reduction/removal
- Jewellery removal
